A. Order Fulfillment (Production) Time

 

Because your apparel is printed and custom-made when you order it, every order goes through a fulfillment process before it is shipped.

  • Fulfillment Process: All orders are sent to production for printing, meticulous quality checking, and secure packaging.

  • Fulfillment Timeframe: Most orders are completed and ready to ship within 2 to 4 business days.

    • Please note: Fulfillment time can be longer during peak holiday seasons or immediately following a large store promotion.

 

B. Shipping Time

 

Shipping time begins after the fulfillment period is complete and the tracking number is issued.

Total Delivery Time: To estimate when you will receive your order, please calculate Fulfillment Time (2-4 business days) PLUS Shipping Time.

 

C. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items and the destination.

  • Flat Rate for First Item: We charge a flat rate for the first item in your order (e.g., T-shirts are $4.99 and Hoodies are $7.99).

  • Reduced Rate for Additional Items: Shipping costs for additional items are significantly reduced (e.g., $1.50 - $2.50 per additional item).

  • Final shipping costs will be calculated accurately at checkout.

 

D. Tracking and Other Details

 

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: SlayBoy Clothing is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address. Please ensure your delivery location is safe.

  • Customs/Import Fees (International): International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be imposed by their country's government.
